EU AI Act · Technical readiness pilot

Can your AI workflow prove what it knew when it acted?

A free two-week pilot to test event records, late evidence, revised facts, and point-in-time reconstruction.

What the pilot produces

One workflow. Four inspectable outputs.

Event-record map

Map the workflow's inference, evidence, human-oversight, policy-change, and system-change events to an implementable technical record model.

Historical reconstruction test

Reproduce what the system knew and was allowed to use at a chosen decision cutoff.

Late-evidence challenge

Add a correction or delayed record after the cutoff and verify that it does not leak backward into the earlier result.

Evidence-readiness report

Document technical gaps, retained artifacts, integrity proofs, and a practical implementation path your team can review.

Current EU timeline · July 2026

Use the real dates, not artificial urgency.

2 August 2026

Article 50 transparency obligations for certain AI-generated or manipulated content begin applying. European Commission enforcement powers for GPAI obligations also enter into application.

2 December 2027

Under the current political agreement, rules for systems in specified Annex III high-risk areas are scheduled to apply.

2 August 2028

Rules for high-risk AI systems embedded in regulated products are scheduled to apply.

Dates can change as implementation measures are finalised. Verify the latest consolidated law and qualified legal guidance. Lians provides technical evidence infrastructure, not legal advice or certification.

Who should apply

Teams with a real decision trail to test.

For evidence-sensitive AI teams. Use synthetic data and keep your current model, database, and orchestration framework.

EDIHs, testing facilities, regulatory-sandbox teams, and implementation partners can nominate an SME workflow or request a reusable demonstration configuration.

Bring one workflow and one historical decision to reconstruct.
