# Lians

Lians provides governed memory, scoped AI workflow improvement evidence, and historical reconstruction for consequential AI.

It receives OpenTelemetry traces from AI agents, models, tools, retrieval, and human review and preserves them as governed, replayable records.

Measured improvement protocol:

- Lians can integrate at a controllable SDK, API, MCP, or telemetry boundary.
- It compares the same baseline and candidate cases and binds each measurement to evidence hashes.
- It issues a scoped improvement sentence only when the quality metric improves without a measured case-level regression and every case passes declared latency, input-token, provider-cost, and protected-check thresholds.
- A missing or failed gate produces no permitted public improvement claim.
- No workload receipt is generalized to every model, provider, dataset, deployment, or future release.

Public buying ladder:

- Community: $0. The complete software is available under Apache 2.0 for local or self-hosted use.
- Lians Personal: $10 monthly for one managed account, hosted memory capacity, memory controls, and setup support. The internal billing key is `starter`.
- Growth: $900 monthly or $9,000 annually for up to three workflows, standard onboarding, quarterly reviews, release evidence packages, and priority support.
- Regulated: $2,500 monthly or $25,000 annually for up to ten workflows, monthly evidence reporting, control mapping, review support, and faster response.
- Enterprise: Custom annual scope for portfolio volume, private deployment, custom integrations, audit support, service levels, and a dedicated technical owner.
- AI Evidence Readiness Sprint: $4,500 fixed for two weeks, with $2,250 due before kickoff and $2,250 due after delivery. The full fee is credited toward a new annual Growth, Regulated, or Enterprise agreement signed within 30 days.

Integration status:

- The sample compatibility check parses UTF-8 CSV, JSON, and NDJSON entirely in the user's browser. It reports request-shape mapping only, replaces source field names with opaque references in the downloaded report, includes no sample values, and does not execute the Lians stack.
- The authenticated OTLP/HTTP receiver is implemented.

- Public GitHub Actions run 30709159493 passed the contract suite and live lightweight synthetic proof at commit e6bd75b: https://github.com/Lians-ai/Lians/actions/runs/30709159493
- The pinned scenario correlates one synthetic OTLP trace across Grafana, Tempo, Prometheus, Loki, and authenticated Lians evidence, then generates a machine-readable receipt. The passing public run covers that declared scenario; it did not run customer data.
- The beta lab also preflights and streams bounded homelab-dataset/v1 NDJSON through the local Lians API under laptop, workstation, or dedicated resource profiles. These profiles are hard safety envelopes, not throughput claims. A generated capacity receipt applies only to the exact validated dataset, host, build, and selected profile.
- The source pins Grafana OSS 12.4.6, Alloy 1.18.0, Tempo 2.10.3, Prometheus 3.13.2, and Loki 3.7.4.
- The Lians-maintained Grafana app is unsigned. The source snapshot is not catalog-listed, reviewed, approved, or endorsed by Grafana Labs and is not a production-readiness certification.
- Neither the public run nor a local receipt establishes general data compatibility, production capacity, retrieval quality, security, privacy, compliance, availability, or support for arbitrary source-system exports.
- The lending blast-radius demo uses only deterministic synthetic records. It routes affected records to human review and does not make or reverse a credit decision.

Lians is OpenTelemetry-native, open source, and self-hostable.
